How we are working responsibly and safely

Like many businesses in the UK, we have been closely monitoring the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak alongside any advice provided by UK Government  and Public Health England.

The services we provide, the relationships we have with our customers and the health of our staff are of the utmost importance to Coastal Electrics and as a business we are following official guidance with regards to the running of our business and the services we provide.

In keeping with Government guidance, we are currently still working in homes to provide maintenance and repairs where we have been assured that homeowners are well and you can be assured our staff are too.  No work will be carried out in any household which is isolating or where an individual is being shielded, unless it is to remedy a direct risk to the safety of the household.

When working in homes we will not work in the same rooms as customers and maintain social distancing at all times. All those working at Coastal Electrics follow strict handwashing regimes and prior to us starting any work with you we will provide you with further details of working practices in the current situation.
